I’ve used Report and although its great, I’ve had better luck with WheresTheFreeSpace. It is modeled after a PC application that is very popular called Treesize (but it’s for the Mac).

Try this freeware, Folder Size, it is really good and contains no adware or spam! You can visually see how the space is being used on your PC.

How can I get Internet Explorer to open the window as maximized rather than minimized? It’s a pain to have to maximize each window continually.

Mark – That’s not good! Well I didn’t realize that was the case. If so, check out another utility that I know is free called TreeSize, I wrote a post about it here:

It will tell you the size of all folders and sort them automatically.

It’s not freeware – a nag displays “Please Register” instead of the folder size after about a week of use.
