Would not use their service - money and frustration for nothing. Although, I am a little hesitant to use the service based on the screen shot you gave of an average wait time of 846 minutes (or 14.1 hours); of course, if I wanted to support the 5655 persons ahead of me I could pay (i.e. donate) but then it wouldn't be free would it? I would say if you want an absolutely free ringtone the only way is to use some sites that give the first ringtone free and then pay like $1.00 for everything after that.
