How to save a web page and email it to someone كيفية انقاذ صفحة على الشبكه العالمية والبريد الالكتروني لشخص ما

This is just one of those posts to share some of the common questions I get when I help people out with their computer problems! هذا مجرد واحد من تلك الوظائف لتقاسم بعض من اسءله شاءعه عندما كنت احصل على مساعدة الناس على الخروج مع حواسيبهم المشاكل! I’ll explain how you can save a web page and email that page to someone you know. انني سوف اشرح كيف يمكنك حفظ صفحة ويب ، والبريد الالكتروني ان الصفحه لشخص تعرفه. Maybe it’s an article or something, but there is no “Email This” link anywhere on the page or maybe you just want to save the page for later viewing! لعلها 'sمقال او شيء ، ولكن لا يوجد" هذا البريد الالكتروني "وصلة في اي مكان على الصفحه او ربما أنت فقط تريد انقاذ صفحة في وقت لاحق من المشاهده!

Either way, here are the steps to for saving the HTML page: اما الطريقة ، وهنا هي خطوات لانقاذ لغة تأشير النص الفائق الصفحه :

1. Go to File and then click on Save As… . الذهاب الى ملف ثم انقر على حفظ باسم…. If you’re using IE 7, your menu bar might be missing altogether! اذا كنت تستخدم اي 7 ، القائمة بار الخاص بك قد يكون مفقودا تماما! To see the menu bar, press the ALT key on your keyboard and you should get the menu. انظر الى القائمة بار ، اضغط على صيغة بديلة لوحة المفاتيح ويجب عليك الحصول على القائمة. If you want the menu bar to remain visible in IE 7 permanentely, go to Tools -> Toolbars - and check Menu Bar . اذا اردت ان تبقى قائمة شريط مرئي في اي 7 permanentely ، اذهب الى ادوات --> اشرطه الادوات -- والتحقق من القائمة بار.

2. 2. In the Save Webpage dialog box, type in the name for your file. في مربع الحوار حفظ صفحة ويب ، أكتب اسم لملفك. You have four options under Save as Type as follows: لديك اربعة خيارات في اطار حفظ كنوع على النحو التالي :

a. أ. Webpage, complete - This option will save the current page as an HTML file and will download all the pictures from the web site and create a separate folder for the pictures. صفحة الويب ، واستكمال -- هذا الخيار سيوفر على الصفحه الحالية باعتبارها لغة تأشير النص الفائق الملف وسوف تنزيل كل الصور من موقع على الانترنت وانشاء مجلد مستقل للصور.

b. ب Web Archive, single file - This is the default option and the best option if you want to email someone the web page. ارشيف الانترنت ، ملف واحد -- هذا هو الخيار الافتراضي وأفضل خيار اذا كنت تريد البريد الالكتروني لشخص ما صفحة الويب. The web page and all of the associated pictures are saved into one file, making it easy to simply attach that one file to your email. صفحة الويب وجميع المنتسبين من الصور المحفوظه في ملف واحد ، مما يجعل من السهل ببساطة ان نعلق على ملف واحد لبريدك الالكتروني.

c. جيم Webpage, HTML only - Same as option A, except that none of the pictures are downloaded, only the HTML for the page. صفحة ويب ، لغة تأشير النص الفائق فقط -- نفس الخيار الف ، الا ان ايا من الصور المنزله ، سوى لغة تأشير النص الفائق للصفحة. Usefule if the page is mostly just text and doesn’t have pictures. Usefule واذا كانت الصفحه هي في الغالب مجرد نص عادي ، وليس لديها صور.

Save the file to a easy location, like your desktop or My Documents. حفظ الملف الى الموقع بسهولة ، مثل سطح مكتبك او المستندات الخاصة بي. Now all you have to do is attach the file to your email just like you would a picture or any other file. الآن كل ما عليك فعله هو ارفاق ملف الى بريدك الالكتروني مثلك سيكون صورة او اي ملف آخر.

As a side note, if you’re interested in saving a part of a page for personal use or you find yourself saving pages into a folder and all you want is kind of a “clipping” of that page, you can use Google Notebook to store pieces of web pages by simply selecting the section, right clicking and choosing Add to Google Notebook. باعتبارها الجانب علما ، وإذا كنت مهتما في انقاذ جزء من صفحة للاستعمال الشخصي او وجدت نفسك في انقاذ صفحات كل مجلد وتريد هي نوع من "قصاصه" من تلك الصفحه ، يمكنك استخدام صور لكمبيوتر محمول مخزن قطع من صفحات الويب ببساطة عن طريق اختيار القسم ، والحق في اختيار النقر اضافة الى صور كمبيوتر محمول. The notebook is easily accessible from IE and you can create different notebooks for different topics. فان دفتر الملاحظات يمكن الوصول بسهولة الى اي من ويمكنك ان تصنع المفكرات لمختلف المواضيع المختلفة.

As another side note, if you’re intersted in downloading an entire web site so that you can view it offline when you’re not connected to the internet, then you can use a software called كما وجها آخر للملاحظه ، اذا كنت intersted في تنزيل كامل الموقع لكي تتمكن من رؤية انه غير متصل عندما كنت غير متصل بالانترنت ، ثم يمكنك استخدام البرمجيات دعا HTTrack Httrack , which is a web site copier that can download an entire web site while maintaining it’s directory structure, links, and images! ، وهو موقع على شبكة الانترنت يمكن للآلة ان تنزيل كامل الموقع على الانترنت ، مع ابقائه دليل هيكل ، روابط ، وصور! All you need is space on your computer! كل ما تحتاجه هو الفضاء على جهازك!
