the problem is , i use a built in memory card reader so, when i install the Art plus digital recovery , it asks me too choose a drive for my memory card the choices there are only D , E , F drives so, which drive i have to choose before running the program is it D or what ?!!

i formatted all 700 of my pics while on holiday… i searched online n it said not to take any more pics if u accidently format the sd card as it writes over the lost pics…this software is NOT FREE…works but NOT FREE…my bill was £23 after admin cost…origianally said £19.99….i think its too pricey but i had no choice but to pay when i saw all my pics and movies recovered

I’ve wasted my time trying to restore my photos. I can see my pics but it’s not right when you say that it is free when it’s actually not!!

If it’s free why do I have to pay for a licence to retrieve my photos? Is it actually FREE or not? Went all the way through the process only to find I could see the pictures but I couldn’t do anything with them>

Hey thats a nice post. i have recovered many pics, but some are blank as in it shows that its a .JPG but doesnt show any pic…. is this files corrupted? can i recover this?

It always seems that the ones I recover I cannot read, comes up with “invalid image.” EVERY BLOODY TIME!

I just tried uploading pictures from my camera. I thought they were finished uploading so i deleted them off my camera. When i tried to find them on my computer they weren’t there. Is there any way to find them or are they lost completely?

I tried to open up a partition on my external drive to put saved files on it. But, I did not follow the instructions properly. Results: I lost over 3,000 photos and short videos.

Could you tell me if I can use this software to retrieve them?

I think that the software I was trying to save, was formatted over the photo files I had saved.

I have used File -> Save, but some of the photos have only got the thumbnails without the photos. Please, can you help, as there is 30 yrs of family history in the photos.

( Sorry, but this software didn’t work for me!

1) The process was slow.
2) Many pictures became badly distorted.
3) I was unable to retrieve a majority of the pictures.
4) I was unable to view the apparent “retrieved images” as the scanning proceeds.
5) In order to save the pictures, you have to PAY for the license.

I love this program so much. I was devastated to find that I had lost over 200 photos, some of which were corrupted and others just not shown on the memory card. After trying multiple computers and going to photo shops, I thought I had lost them for good!! This program, however, showed me the thumbnails of the pictures it could restore before asking for any money and £16 was nothing compared to the emotional value of those pictures!!
