Thanks for the post. I had some stubborn program that refused to uninstall because of “in use” files. Finally deleted those and got rid of the program.

another technique is to dual boot favorite linux distro (i prefer ubuntu) and windows, in linux you can easly delete undeletable files with the click of a button, accesing them from the hard drive like you normaly would.
