Une question commune que j'ai courue à travers beaucoup de nos jours dans le bureau est comment à convertissez un dossier de pdf le format de Microsoft Word (Doc.), le format d'Excel (xls), ou au format de l'image de JPG. Habituellement, les gens veulent savoir convertir un dossier en pdf, mais il fait également beau de pouvoir convertir en arrière l'autre manière. Convertir en Word est réellement joli simple et peut être fait directement en utilisant un service de conversion de dossier en ligne appelé Zamzar. Aller à l'Excel ou au JPG est un processus en deux étapes, mais rien très difficile à suivre.

Mise à jour : Il y a une manière beaucoup plus facile au converti a Pdf au format d'image de JPG que la méthode j'ai mentionné ci-dessous. Voici comment vous pouvez le faire employant Zamzar.com.

Convertissez un dossier de pdf en JPG - manière facile

Allez à ZamZar.com, passez en revue pour votre dossier et choisissez Png composez pour le format au conver à l'étape de dessous 2. Le png est un autre plus nouveau format d'image qui remplace lentement le format de JPG. La plupart des programmes qui peuvent ouvrir des dossiers de JPG peuvent ouvrir le png. Zamzar convertit automatiquement chaque page dans le document de pdf en lui est de posséder le dossier d'image de png. Maintenant vous pouvez simplement s'ouvrir Peinture de Microsoft (oui, tous vous avez besoin de lui pour peindre !) et choisissez Dossier - économiser As du menu et choisissez le JPEG de la liste de baisse vers le bas de formats.

C'est lui ! D'ailleurs, si vous êtes intéressé dedans comment extraire le texte à partir d'un document de pdf ou comment convertir des dossiers de Word en pdf, etc., vérifient les liens.

Pdf de converti au format de JPG - deuxième manière

La première chose que vous devrez faire est de télécharger un logiciel libre (le seul je pourrais trouver) que les documents de pdf de convertis à l'image de JPEG composent automatiquement. Allez au Page de téléchargement d'Omniformat et téléchargez tous les deux Omniformat v8.3 et PDF995 APP. Vous devrez télécharger et installer PDF995 d'abord avant d'installer Omniformat. Once you have both programs installed, go to your Start Menu programs, find the program group Software995 and click on Omniformat.

The only annoying thing about this program is that it requires you to view some ads for about 30 seconds! However, it’s better than paying $20 or $40 for a program just to do a simple conversion! It does pop up another instance of your browser window for the web site of each of the sponsors, but it does not install any spyware onto your computer (no popup ads). Once the program is loaded, you’ll see it has a section called “Watch Folders” and then a button at the bottom titled “Start Monitoring” and “Single Pass“.

Basically the way it works is that you need to COPY the PDF files you want to convert to JPG format to the C:\omniformat\watch folder and then press Single Pass. The program will look in that directory and convert each page of each PDF into a separate JPG file. If you click Start Monitoring, you can keep dropping PDFs into that folder and the program will automatically convert them into JPGs as long as the program is open. Note that the program DELETES the original PDF document that it uses, so that’s why you need to COPY the PDF document to the watch folder, not move it! You should now see your converted files like below:

Convert your PDF to a Word document

Go to Zamzar.com and click the Browse button next to Step 1 and choose your file. By default, Step 2 will be set to DOC format, but you can choose to convert your PDF to other file types such as TXT, HMTL, RTF, etc. Type in your email address for Step 3 and click Convert.

You should receive an email within a few minutes with a download link to your converted file. I have tried out this service on some pretty complex PDF documents with text in multiple columns, multiple images, etc and have been very impressed with it’s conversion accuracy.

Convert a PDF file to Excel format

We will again follow the steps above using Zamzar, but this time choose TXT as the format you want to convert to. Unfortunately, you can’t convert straight to Excel format, so we’ll have to go through the intermediary TXT format. Once you have downloaded the TXT file and saved it on your computer, open Microsoft Excel and go to File - Open and change the Files of Type combo box to All Files.

Now you should see the converted text file in the list of files. Choose it and click Open. You’ll now be brought to the Text Import Wizard. You have to open the file in this manner because if you simply right-click and say Open With Excel, all of the text for each row will appear in the first column and not be separated.

For Step 1, choose Delimited from the two options listed.

Click Next and check off the Space checkbox as one of the delimiters. Each value should now be separated by a vertical line, indicating it’s going to be in a separate column.

Click Next and then click Finish. You can now save the file as an Excel file by going to File - Save As. There are a few drawbacks, however, as this conversion does not always work perfectly! For example, if the original Excel sheet had a column where there was text with spaces included, each word will be separated into it’s own column! Also, you won’t see any formulas or functions that may have been in the original Excel sheet, only the text.

It’s as easy as that! You can use many other image editing programs also such as Photoshop, Corel, etc, etc, but I chose Paint because that is universally available on just about every Windows computer.

Shukla, Michelle - Not sure why it’s blacking out the documents. Maybe there is some security on those PDFs, that would be why. Converting from PDF to Word has worked for me several times.

Zamzar does not seem to work in converting PDF files in double-byte languages (such as Japanese) to Word files. However, the link posted in 9. by Saeba converted the Japanese text in the PDF file to Unicode text; however, there’s a 2-page limitation unless you become a member. Interested in other online services that convert PDF to Word. Nice tips. Keep up the good work!

Another way to convert from PDF to JPG is to use “FillOutAForm” from http://jdmcox.com/ to convert from PDF to BMP then use Microsoft Paint to convert from BMP to JPG.

Hey guys i know why it comes up blank when converted to word!
Right click the pdf file and click properties.At the bottom of the properties window the should be a security thing which has a box that is ticked. It should say that its come from another computer. Untick the box, click apply and then okay. Now try converting it to word.

Now you can simply open Microsoft Paint (yes, all you need it Paint!) and choose File - Save As from the menu and choose JPEG from the drop down list of formats.

I could not save the downloaded file from zamzar into paint.

Could someone please fill in the missing steps.

Ja - Zamzar is good site for conversion of .pdf into .doc (Word) format. It is free also, although it does take a long time to receive converted files back from Zamzar by email. Have grown a beard by then! But free and good quality. Converted 26 page .pdf with table and colour - Word version came back to email - still could read table! Passed to the manager, he was more than happy!

Not the best for images. Coverted a pdf of a landscape image fine. In portrait, and the quality was poor when I managed to get it rotated.

Other file formats were great though!

I have a new computer with VISTA… cannot do much of anything since I was addicted to WORD and WORKS in the old computer and XP Home.

Can load/read pdf files from LightScribe DVD SuperMulti Drive/CD Writer, but need to make changes on them and cannot. How do I go about doing this? In particular a 4- page brochure which needs some updates and I need to do them pretty soon.

I am not really technically proficient here, so I need sort of easy instructions.

How to change a PDF to a JPG, without any additional software:

1) Open PDF

2) Go - File - Print

3) Change printer to “Microsoft Office Document Image Writer” (most XP and Vista computers will have this installed)

4) Bottom of page, tick box “Print to File”

5) Click Properties, go to Advanced tab and change file path to where you want the file saved, click OK

6) Click OK, when box for File Name comes up, name the file and add extension (ie: .jpg) on the end.

7) Check location you saved the file to, there should be a .jpg image of your .pdf document.

A simple way to convert PDF to any image format is….

1) open PDF
2) expand window until whole page is visible
3) press the Print Screen key
4) open Paint or any other image software
5) paste (Cntrl-V)
5a) crop image if needed
6) save as image format (JPG, PNG, GIF….)

easy! except you have to do it for every page

hey, i just used the zamzar free service and it SUCKS because of the following reasons

1- it takes 24 hours to get to you. so if you want to convert something today this is not an option.

2- your converted file is only available 24 hours so u better check your email every day.

3- quality of the conversion sucks. it is better and more accurate to use software methods mentioned in this article.

4- THEIR FREE SERVICE SUCKS. ITS HORRIBLE. DONT TRY IT!!

ZamZar.com converted my PDF to a PNG.

HOWEVER, the image was mirrored, rotated, and skewed: Therefore it is distorted and unusable.

Very disappointed with their service.
