I always use this when I travel to China:

Most proxies are already blocked there. VPN seems to work better and I think it`s harder to block.

This is a free site but if you want to try a pay for service, you can try something like mypersonalbrowser.com. It creates a web browser on a remote computer and you can surf freely there. Just a thought, but not free.

Any of you people who keep asking : “Can you help me?” Read the damned article. My god. In short, this is what you have to do: Grab a paper, grab a pen.
On that paper, write:
>>Google>>JAP>>Download>>Install.

(while in internet explorer browser):
>>Tools>>Internet Options>>Connections
>>Click Settings (under LAN Settings)>>Proxy Server.
While in Proxy Server Section, type:
(In the Address area): 127.0.0.1
(In the Port area): 4001
>>Accept.
That should work and you should be able to web surf anonymously and be able to go onto your blocked sites Now stop being idiots and read the damned article. Then youll get a sense of WTF you’re doing

Download the portable application from the JAP website from a computer that is NOT blocked (your own, a friend’s, etc.), load it on your flash drive, and then start it from the flash drive on a blocked computer.
