If you have ever tried to format a USB thumb drive or memory stick, you may have noticed that the only options you get are FAT and FAT32 file systems. Comment in Vista was a dialog info/warning box saying something like “windows is unable to format the drive”. I tried formatting with my drive from fat32 to ntfs, but i receive the reponse “Windows was unable to complete the format”.
