Export Firefox bookmarks and import them into IE

For those who use multiple browsers, sometimes it can be tricky getting all of your bookmarks in both places. Getting bookmarks to sync up with the same flavor of Internet browser is pretty easy as there are several tools for Firefox and IE. Getting bookmarks from one browser to the other might not seem as straight forward, but it is pretty easy if you know how.
As the title implies I am going to export my bookmarks from Firefox and send them over to IE. For this demonstration I am using IE 7, Firefox 3.01, and Vista Home Premium.
First open Firefox and click Bookmarks then select Organize Bookmarks. This opens the Library and from here click Import and Backup and select Export HTML.
Now just find a directory to store the HTML file. And so I remember I rename the file to Firefox Bookmarks. The default is just Bookmarks.html this avoids any confusion. Click Save.
Here is the example of the saved Firefox Bookmarks HTML file. We are done with Firefox for now.
Next open Internet Explorer 7, go to File, Import and Export. This opens the Import/Export Wizard. At this screen just click Next.
In the next step of the Wizard Import Favorites will be highlighted by default so just click on Next.
In the next step select Import from a file or address then browse to the file created in Firefox when we backed them up. Click Next.
Now just select the folder you want to put the Firefox bookmarks in. Click Next.
The Wizard is now complete! Just click on Finish and wait a few seconds.
Success! You know have all of your bookmarks from Firefox exactly the way you exported them now in IE 7.

This method doesn’t work for me. After I click the “Finish” button, the IE wizard says “Not a valid bookmark file.”
Is there another way?
Thx,
