		<description>Yes, bluetooth hardware is required on the computer and also on the phone to communicate. Most laptops since 3 years ago  (like my Dell M20) have a built-in bluetooth on them. 

for desktop pcs with no bluetooth you will need a dongle which should not be that expensive nowadays:
