After using Internet Explorer for many years, I have to say that I really wish I would have switched to Firefox a lot earlier than I did! بعد استخدام انترنت اكسبلورر لسنوات عديدة ، أجد لزاما علي ان اقول انني اتمنى فعلا كنت قد تحول الى فايرفوكس الكثير في وقت ابكر مما فعلت! Firefox is by far the most customizable browser out there, with thousands of extensions and addons that you can download and plug in. Not only are there many third-party extensions to enhance Firefox, there are also tons of configuration settings that can be tweaked in Firefox itself. فايرفوكس هو الى حد بعيد أكثر للتخصيص المتصفح الى هناك ، مع الآلاف من تمديدات وaddons انه يمكنك تنزيل وسداده فيها ليس فقط هل هناك العديد من طرف ثالث تمديدات لتعزيز فايرفوكس ، وهناك ايضا طن من إعدادات التهيءه التي يمكن tweaked في فايرفوكس نفسها.

Over the last few months, I’ve tweaked a good number of settings in Firefox and I thought I would share it with my Firefox readers. وخلال الاشهر القليلة الماضية ، لقد قمت tweaked عدد لا بأس به من إعدادات في فايرفوكس وظننت أنني سوف تتقاسمها مع فايرفوكس بلادي القراء. How to backup about:config file كيفية الاحتياطيه عن : ملف

Before you begin editing the about:config file in Firefox, you should back up the file in case you make a change that messes everything up. قبل البدء بتحرير عن : ملف في فايرفوكس ، عليك ان تصل الى الوراء في ملف القضية تدلوا تغيير كل شيء حتى ان مطاعم. You can back it up by making a copy of the prefs.js , which is in the Firefox profile folder. يمكنك أن تصل الى الوراء عن طريق تقديم نسخة من prefs.js ، الذي هو في فايرفوكس نبذة مجلد. For Windows, you will have to show Hidden Files and Folder by opening Control Panel , double-click Folder Options , select the View tab, select “ Show hidden files and folders ” and click OK . للنوافذ ، وستضطر لاظهار الملفات المخفيه ومجلد عن طريق فتح لوحة التحكم ، انقر نقرأ مزدوجا مجلد الخيارات ، اختر بهدف تبويبه ، اختر "اظهار الملفات والمجلدات المخفيه" وانقر على موافق.

How to modify the about:config configuration in Firefox كيفية تعديل نحو : التكوين والتكوين في فايرفوكس

First off, it’s probably a good idea to mention how to actually modify these advanced configuration settings in Firefox for those non-techie users. اولا قبالة ، فالسبب على الارجح هو فكرة جيدة ان اذكر كيفية تعديل هذه فعلا متقدمة اعدادات التهيءه في فايرفوكس لتلك المنظمات غير techie المستخدمين. The configuration settings are simply a table of key names and values. اعدادات التهيءه هي مجرد الجدول من اسماء المفاتيح والقيم. You can access all of them by typing in about:config into your browser address bar. يمكنك الوصول الى كل منهم بكتابة عن : التكوين الدخول الى حسابك في شريط عنوان المتصفح.

To change a value for a key, simply enter it’s name into the Filter text box at the top. لتغيير قيمة لرئيسي ، ويكفي ان تدخل عليه اسم المرشح في مربع النص في اعلى الصفحه. Double click on the entry and you can change the value. النقر المزدوج على دخول ويمكنك تغيير القيمه. Restart the browser and the changes will take effect. اعادة تشغيل المتصفح وسوف يسري مفعول التغييرات. So here are the tweaks: حتى هنا هي القرص :

Don’t you hate it when you’re trying to close one tab and you end up closing the one right next to it? لا اكره لكم انه عندما كنت تحاول اغلاق احد تبويبه ولكم ينتهي باغلاق احد الحق القادم اليها؟ Pain in the butt and very common (at least for me). الألم في المءخره والشاءعه جدا (على الاقل بالنسبة لي). You can control the close button on the tabs by changing the following key: يمكنك التحكم في ختام زر على الاسعار عن طريق تغيير الرئيسية التالية :

browser.tabs.closeButtons Browser.tabs.closebuttons

0: Display a close button only on the currently active tab. 0 : عرض وثيقة زر فقط على علامة التبويب النشطه حاليا. A good way to prevent the closing of other tabs. طريقة جيدة لمنع اغلاق التبويبات الاخرى.

1: Display close buttons on all tabs (default). 1 : أزرار عرض وثيقة على جميع تبويبات (الافتراضي).

2: Don’t display any close buttons; you have to press Ctrl-F4 to close a tab. 2 : لا تعرض أي وثيقة من الأزرار ؛ ديك السيطرة على الصحافة - f4 لاغلاق تبويبه.

3: Display one close button at the end of the tab bar (Firefox 1. x ’s default). 3 : عرض وثيقة واحدة على زر في نهاية الوصله بار (فايرفوكس 1 - x 's الافتراضي).

Tabbed browsing is great and I’m such a big user of it that I end up having about 20 tabs open most of the time. Tabbed التصفح امر رائع وانا بهذا الحجم المستخدم من ان ينتهي الأمر انني وبعد حوالى 20 التبويبات المفتوحه في معظم الاوقات. By default, if you have more than 12 tabs open, Firefox will set the tabs to a specified width and then scroll the rest with arrows. بشكل افتراضي ، واذا كان لديك أكثر من 12 التبويبات المفتوحه ، فايرفوكس سوف تحدد الاسعار على عرض محدد وثم انتقل مع بقية السهام. This tweak is pretty cool and one of the best out there. هذا القرص هو جميل ورائع واحد من أفضل الى هناك. Basically, when you perform a search from the search box at the top right in Firefox, it normally loads in the current tab. أساسا ، عندما تقوم بتنفيذ البحث عن مربع البحث في اعلى اليمين في فايرفوكس ، وهو عادة الاحمال الحالية في تبويبه. However, if you set the value of this setting to TRUE instead of FALSE, then every time you perform a search, a new tab will come up with the results, thereby leaving your current tab alone! ولكن ، اذا قمت بتثبيت قيمة هذا الاعداد الصحيحه بدلا من زاءفه ، ثم كل مرة تقوم بتنفيذ البحث ، علامة تبويب جديدة سوف نخرج بنتائج ، وبالتالي يترك الحالي الخاص بك تبويبه وحدها!

Firefox has an interesting feature whereby it tries to determine which links on a page you might click on and then downloads them so that it can load the pages faster. فايرفوكس وقد سمه جديره بالاهتمام حيث انها تحاول تحديد اي روابط على الصفحه التي كنت قد وثم انقر على تنزيل لها حتى تتمكن من تحميل الصفحات اسرع. For example, it will try to download the top result from a Google search automatically. على سبيل المثال ، فانه سيحاول تنزيل اعلى نتيجة البحث من google تلقائيا. However, this eats up bandwidth and CPU cycles and saves web history of pages you may have never even visited! ولكن ، حتى هذا يأكل النطاق الترددي وحدة المعالجه المركزية ودورات ينقذ التاريخ من صفحات الويب لديك ابدا حتى زار! From the networking point of view, you can increase a couple of different settings to increase network performance. network.http.max-connections controls how many simultaneous network connections Firefox will make at any one time to any number of Web servers. الربط الشبكي من وجهة النظر هذه ، يمكنك ان تزيد زوجان من الاوساط المختلفة لزيادة اداء الشبكه. Network.http.max - وصلات ضوابط كثيرة في نفس الوقت ، كيف وصلات شبكيه فايرفوكس سيجعل في اي وقت من الاوقات على أي عدد من مراكز خدمة ويب. Default is set to 24, but you can knock it up to 32 to see if that has any effect. الافتراضيه هي مجموعة الى 24 ، ولكن يمكنك خبط انها تصل الى 32 الى ان نرى ما اذا كان لديها اي تأثير. Anything above that will not do much. اعلاه ان اي شيء لن تفعل الكثير.

network.http.max-connections-per-server controls how many separate connections Firefox makes to the same server, which allows for multiple elements to be download in parallel. Network.http.max - وصلات لكل خادم ضوابط وكم منفصلة صلات فايرفوكس يجعل لنفسه الخادم ، والتي تسمح لعناصر متعددة تكون موازية في تنزيل. Only do this if you have a fast connection and don’t raise it by too much otherwise you will be blacklisted. الا ان نفعل ذلك اذا كان لديك سريع الصدد وانها لا تثير الكثير من جانب آخر انك ستكون في القائمة السوداء. network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server controls the number of persistent connections allowed per server. Network.http.max - المستمرة - وصلات لكل خادم يسيطر على عدد من الوصلات المستمرة يسمح لكل خادم. The default is 2 and this is generally the value people list when they are say you can increase the number of simultaneous downloads in Firefox. الافتراضي هو 2 وهذا هو قيمة عامة الناس عندما يكونون في قائمة اقول يمكنك زيادة عدد المتزامن تنزيلات في فايرفوكس. Use a custom search engine for the address bar استخدام محرك بحث مخصص لشريط العنوان

By default, if you type in a phrase that is not a web address into the address bar, Firefox sends the query to Google for a web search. بشكل افتراضي ، اذا كنت اكتب في العبارة التي ليست عنوان ويب الى شريط العنوان ، فايرفوكس يرسل استفسار الى google للبحث في صفحات الانترنت. You can change this so that it uses a different search engine if you prefer. يمكنك تغيير هذا حتى انه يستعمل مختلف محرك البحث إذا كنت تفضل ذلك.
