Have you ever looked at how many processes are running on your computer? Avete mai osservato come molti processi sono in esecuzione sul computer? Or have you ever wondered what all those processes actually do? O non avete mai chiesto che cosa in realtà tutti questi processi? Or maybe you think you have a virus and want to figure out whether or not you’re right? O forse si pensa di avere un virus e si desidera leggere o se non hai ragione?
Well, first you can view the current processes running under Windows XP by pressing the following key combination: CNTRL+SHIFT+ESC. Today is computer tip day! Oggi è il giorno del computer punta! If you have never used Remote Desktop, it is a really great way to connect to another PC (office, home, etc) remotely and get work done that you otherwise could not get done. Se non avete mai utilizzato Remote Desktop, è veramente un ottimo modo per collegarsi ad un altro PC (ufficio, a casa, ecc) in remoto e ottenere il lavoro fatto che altrimenti non potrebbe avere fatto. I routinely use remote desktop to connect to servers at our office, connect to user’s computers to provide tech support, and to connect to my personal computer at home to access files. Io abitualmente uso del desktop remoto per connettersi al server al nostro ufficio, connettersi al computer dell'utente per fornire supporto tecnico, e di connettersi al mio computer a casa per accedere a file.

In a previous post, I wrote how you can backup your computer data to various media such as CDs, DVDs, external hard drives or online storage, but all of these methods require a good amount of effort on the part of the user having to go through many different folders and copying that to the backup media. There’s a nice little feature built into Windows that allows you to track when someone views, edits, or deletes something inside of a specified folder. Do you have a printer at home that’s connected to one computer and whenever you need to print from another computer at home, you have to email yourself the file and then download it on the other computer just to print it!??!
