Here’sa list of Microsoft Word keyboard shortcuts that I have been using for years and that I thought I would share with the other billion Word users out there who may not readily use them. فيما يلى قائمة اختصارات لوحة المفاتيح مايكروسوفت وورد ان اكون قد تستخدم لسنوات وكنت اعتقد ان واود ان تتبادل مع غيرها من مليار كلمة هناك من المستخدمين قد لا يسهل استخدامها. Word is amazing powerful and if you become well-versed in using the shortcuts, you can really save yourself a lot of time having to move your hand to your mouse in order to right-click or highlight text. من المدهش أن كلمة قوية واذا كنت أصبحت على درايه جيدة في استخدام الاختصارات ، يمكنك حقا انقاذ نفسك الكثير من الوقت بعد للتحرك يدك الى الماوس لانقر بالزر الايمن او تسليط الضوء على النص.
Now I’m not going to go through the really easy shortcuts like copy and paste as I am assuming you have used Word many times before reading this post! الآن انا لن اذهب عن طريق حقا اختصارات سهلة مثل نسخ ولصق على افتراض انني كنت قد استخدمت كلمة عدة مرات قبل قراءة هذه الوظيفة!

Here’sa quick tutorial for those who need help using the VLOOKUP function in Excel. فيما يلي أمثلة توضيحيه سريعه لتلك بحاجة الى مساعدة من vlookup باستخدام وظيفة في اكسل. VLOOKUP is a very useful function for easily searching through one or more columns in large worksheets to find related data. Vlookup هي وظيفة مفيدة جدا لسهولة البحث عن طريق واحد أو أكثر من اعمدة كبيرة في اوراق العمل لايجاد البيانات ذات الصلة. You can use HLOOKUP to do the same thing for one or more rows of data. يمكنك استخدام hlookup ان تفعل نفس الشيء واحد او اكثر لصفوف البيانات. Basically when using VLOOKUP, you’re asking “Here’sa value, find that value in this other set of data, and then return to me the value of another column in that same set of data.” اساسا عند استخدام vlookup ، أنت سؤال "فيما يلى القيمه ، نجد أن قيمة أخرى في هذه المجموعة من البيانات ، والعودة بعد ذلك الى لي قيمة في عمود آخر ان نفس المجموعة من البيانات."

In their ongoing efforts to switch over to Office 2007 from Office 2003, they have created four VERY useful guides for beginners and advanced users of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint 2007. تبذله من جهود مستمرة لتحويل المكتب الى اكثر من 2007 من منصبه عام 2003 ، قد خلقت اربعة ادلة مفيدة جدا للمبتدئين والمتقدمه مستخدمي اكسل ، كلمة ، وتوقعات PowerPoint 2007.

Excel is a powerful tool that you can use to create charts and graphs for small or large amounts of data. أكسل هو اداة قوية يمكنك استخدامها لانشاء والجداول والرسوم البيانيه للمؤسسات الصغيرة او كميات كبيرة من البيانات. In this Excel tutorial, I’ll show you how to take a small set of data and create a simple bar graph, along with the options you have to customize the graph. في هذه الدورة التعليميه اكسل ، انا وتبين لكم كيف ان تتخذ مجموعة صغيرة من البيانات وتهيئة بسيطة بار الرسم البياني ، جنبا الى جنب مع لديك خيارات لتخصيص الرسم البياني. I thought it was quite silly of Microsoft to sell Office 2007 with it’s new fancy ribbon interface and not give the user the ability to modify the ribbon! اعتقدت أنه كان سخيف تماما من مايكروسوفت مكتب لبيع 2007 مع انه جديد واجهة خياليه الشريط لا يعطي المستخدم القدرة على تعديل الشريط! RibbonCustomizer Ribboncustomizer is a third-party tool that Microsoft has been promoting which allows you to modify just about everything on the ribbon interface: tabs, buttons, sort order, etc. There is a هو اداة طرف ثالث الى ان مايكروسوفت قد تشجيع الذي يتيح لك تعديل كل شيء تقريبا على الشريط الواجهة : علامات التبويب ، ازرار ، الترتيب ، الخ. وثمة Free Starter Edition الحرة الاصدار الاول that allows you to add groups to tabs and customize the ribbon dialog. ان يمكنك من اضافة علامات التبويب والمجموعات الى تخصيص الشريط الحوار.

If you’re a big Excel user, then you may have found yourself in a situation where you wished you could have simply picked a value for a cell from a dropdown list of choices rather than having to copy and paste text between cells. اذا كنت مستخدم اكسل كبير ، فسوف يكون لديك وجدت نفسك في الحاله التي يكون فيها انك كنت ترغب في الحصول عليها بكل بساطة يمكن ان يكون قيمة لخلية من قائمة منسدله من الخيارات بدلا من الاضطرار الى نسخ ولصق النص بين الخلايا. For example, let’s say you have an Excel sheet for your own personal budget and every time you enter a transaction on a new row, you type in whether it’s an expense or it’s income. فعلى سبيل المثال ، دعنا نقول لديك ورقة اكسل لالتزامكم الشخصي والميزانيه في كل مرة تقوم بادخال المعاملات على صف جديد ، في اثناء الكتابة وسواء كان ذلك جزءا من نفقات او انه دخل.
