Horribly, I had this happen to me as I walked into work one morning (thankfully a Friday) and it took me a whole weekend to figure out what the problem was.可怕的，我有这种事发生在我，因为我走进工作，有一天早上（谢天谢地，一周五） ，我花了整个周末，以弄清楚问题是什么。 Basically, the reason your server is hanging is because there is a service that is not loading correctly when Windows tries to start up.基本上，因为你的服务器是上吊，是因为有一个服务，这是不正确加载当Windows试图启动。 So basically this service hangs and then your computer hangs!所以基本上这种服务挂起，然后你的电脑挂起！ And it might take 2 to 3 hours before you get to see the desktop…not really what you want to happen when you have 100’s of users wondering what’s going on!!它可能需要2至3小时之前，你要想看到桌面…不是真的有什么，你最不愿看到的情形，当你有100的用户不知道是怎么回事！ Thankfully for me, most of the other services were able to load, so even though I was not able to get to the desktop, people were still able to access the network drives.谢天谢地，对我来说，大部分的其他部门人员能负荷，因此，尽管我不是能到达桌面上，人们仍然可以访问网络驱动器。
