If you are a Systems Administrator for your company and everyone is using Outlook or some other desktop email program, you’ve probably run into the situation where someone has lost all of their emails due to the fact that it’s saved locally on the user’s computer and not on the main servers. Se sei un Amministratore di sistema per la vostra azienda e tutti si utilizza Outlook o qualche altro programma di posta elettronica del desktop, hai probabilmente eseguito nella situazione in cui qualcuno ha perso tutti i loro messaggi a causa del fatto che è salvata localmente sul utente 'S computer e non sul server principale. So if you’re a small shop and can’t afford to get Exchange server, then here’sa simply way to automate the backup of user’s Outlook PST files onto your server in a login or logoff script. Horribly, I had this happen to me as I walked into work one morning (thankfully a Friday) and it took me a whole weekend to figure out what the problem was. Orrendamente, ho avuto questo accada a me come ho camminato in una mattina di lavoro (fortunatamente un venerdì), e mi ha preso un intero fine settimana per capire che cosa è stato il problema. Basically, the reason your server is hanging is because there is a service that is not loading correctly when Windows tries to start up. Fondamentalmente, il motivo per cui il server è appesa è perché non vi è un servizio che non viene caricato correttamente quando Windows tenta di eseguire l'avvio. So basically this service hangs and then your computer hangs! Sono fondamentalmente questo servizio e poi si blocca il computer si blocca! And it might take 2 to 3 hours before you get to see the desktop…not really what you want to happen when you have 100’s of users wondering what’s going on!! E potrebbe prendere 2 o 3 ore prima di andare a vedere il desktop… non quello che realmente si desidera accadere quando si hanno 100's degli utenti chiedo che cosa c'è di nuovo! Thankfully for me, most of the other services were able to load, so even though I was not able to get to the desktop, people were still able to access the network drives. I kinda went on a rant in my last post about preparing yourself before you go talk to your boss about a raise, so this one will be about what to actually say. I kinda andato su un sbraitare nel mio ultimo post sulla preparazione di te prima di andare parlare con il tuo capo di un rilancio, quindi questo sarà uno su ciò che effettivamente dire. Again, before you can do this, you really have to believe you’ve done something useful and that you are worth the higher amount you are asking for. Ancora una volta, prima di poter fare questo, si hanno veramente a credere di aver fatto qualcosa di utile e che si è valsa la pena di importo superiore si sta chiedendo. So once you believe you are worth that much, then you can think about talking… Pertanto, una volta convinti che vale la pena siete molto, allora si può pensare di parlare…

So you want to get a raise and you think you deserve more than what you’re getting right now, correct? Ok, so if you’re in IT and you work for a small company, you need to fight your way into getting any kind of decent compensation. Ok, quindi se siete in Informatica e si lavora per una piccola impresa, è necessario per la lotta contro il tuo modo ottenere in qualsiasi tipo di compensazione decente. Small companies are cheap when it comes to paying out to their IT people, which is completely not cool especially if you’re the only man running the place!! Le piccole imprese sono a buon mercato quando si tratta di pagare per la loro IT persone, che non è completamente raffreddare soprattutto se sei l'unico uomo in esecuzione il posto! But being at a small company has it’s perks: Ma si trova in una piccola azienda che ha vantaggi:
1. You get to delve into any topic you are interested in (software, security, database, infrastructure) and there is probably going to be a lot of work to do in that area. Vedrete immergervi in qualunque argomento siete interessati (software, sicurezza, database, infrastrutture) e non vi è probabilmente sarà un sacco di lavoro da fare in questo settore.
