If you are a Systems Administrator for your company and everyone is using Outlook or some other desktop email program, you’ve probably run into the situation where someone has lost all of their emails due to the fact that it’s saved locally on the user’s computer and not on the main servers. اذا انت مدير نظم لشركتك والجميع باستخدام بعض التوقعات او غيرها من سطح المكتب برنامج البريد الإلكتروني ، وربما كنت قد صادفت الحاله التي يكون فيها احدهم قد فقد كل من رسائل البريد الالكتروني يرجع الى انها انقذت محليا على المستخدم 'دا الحاسوب وليس على خوادم الرئيسية. So if you’re a small shop and can’t afford to get Exchange server, then here’s a simply way to automate the backup of user’s Outlook PST files onto your server in a login or logoff script. حتى اذا كنت متجر صغير ولا يستطيعون الحصول على تبادل الخادم ، ثم ببساطة فيما يلى طريقة لمكننه الاحتياطيه للمستخدم النظرة توقيت المحيط الهادي الملفات على الخادم الخاص بك في الدخول او الانقطاع النصي.

Horribly, I had this happen to me as I walked into work one morning (thankfully a Friday) and it took me a whole weekend to figure out what the problem was. فظيعه ، وكان لي هذا يحدث لي وأنا تجول في عمل واحد الصباح (أ الطالع الجمعة) ، واستغرق مني برمته في نهاية الاسبوع الى الرقم الى ما هي المشكلة. Basically, the reason your server is hanging is because there is a service that is not loading correctly when Windows tries to start up. اساسا ، والسبب هو خادمك شنقا لان هناك خدمة ليست في تحميل ويندوز بشكل صحيح عندما يحاول البدء. So basically this service hangs and then your computer hangs! ذلك أساسا هذه الخدمة معلقه وثم جهازك معلق! And it might take 2 to 3 hours before you get to see the desktop…not really what you want to happen when you have 100’s of users wondering what’s going on!! وانها قد تستغرق من 2 الى 3 ساعات قبل ان تحصل على سطح المكتب… أنظر ليس حقا ما تريد ان يحدث عندما يكون لديك 100 التابع للمستخدمين يتساءل ما الذي يحدث! Thankfully for me, most of the other services were able to load, so even though I was not able to get to the desktop, people were still able to access the network drives. الحظ بالنسبة لي ، اكثر من غيرها من الخدمات تمكنوا من الحمل ، وذلك على الرغم من أنني لم أكن قادرا على الخروج الى سطح المكتب ، والناس كانت لا تزال قادرة على الوصول الى شبكة محركات الاقراص.

Working as a Business Analyst for the last 4 years has taught me a few things about gathering user and software requirements that I thought I would share! يعمل كرجل اعمال محلل لاخر 4 سنوات وقد تعلمت أشياء قليلة عن جمع متطلبات المستخدم والبرمجيات التي ظننت انني سوف نصيب! I kinda went on a rant in my last post about preparing yourself before you go talk to your boss about a raise, so this one will be about what to actually say. انا kinda ذهب على التشدق في تقريري الاخير عن وظيفة اعداد نفسك قبل أن تذهب إلى رئيسك الحديث عن آثاره ، وحتى هذا سيكون احد حول ما اقول فعلا. Again, before you can do this, you really have to believe you’ve done something useful and that you are worth the higher amount you are asking for. ومرة اخرى ، قبل ان تتمكن من القيام بذلك ، لقد كنت حقا تعتقد انك فعلت شيئا مفيدا وانت تستحق ان المبلغ الاكبر لانكم تطلبون. So once you believe you are worth that much, then you can think about talking… حتى عندما كنت تظن انك تستحق ذلك بكثير ، وعندئذ يمكنك ان نفكر في الكلام…

So you want to get a raise and you think you deserve more than what you’re getting right now, correct? حتى انك تريد الحصول على اثارة وكنت تعتقد انك تستحق اكثر مما انت الآن الحصول على حق ، صحيح؟ Well good, just about everybody thinks that! جيد جيد ، وعلى وشك ان يفكر الجميع! And for those who don’t think that, well they will probably never get a raise! وبالنسبة للذين لا أعتقد ان ، بالاضافة الى انها سوف تحصل ابدا على الارجح رفع!

Ok, so if you’re in IT and you work for a small company, you need to fight your way into getting any kind of decent compensation. طيب ، حتى اذا كنت انت فيه والعمل من اجل التوصل الى شركة صغيرة ، تحتاج الى الكفاح في طريقك الى الحصول على اي نوع من التعويض لاءقه. Small companies are cheap when it comes to paying out to their IT people, which is completely not cool especially if you’re the only man running the place!! شركات الصغيرة الرخيصه عندما يتعلق الامر دفع الناس الى تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، التي هي ليست باردة تماما وخصوصا ان كنت الرجل الوحيد بالظهور المكان! But being at a small company has it’s perks: ولكن يجري في شركة صغيرة ومن المنافع :
1. You get to delve into any topic you are interested in (software, security, database, infrastructure) and there is probably going to be a lot of work to do in that area. كنت أحصل على الخوض في أي موضوع كنت مهتما (البرمجيات ، والأمن ، وقاعدة البيانات ، والبنية التحتية) وليس هناك ، على الارجح سوف يكون الكثير من العمل الذي يتعين القيام به في هذا المجال.
