As an IT Professional, I’m constantly on the lookout for free desktop management, inventory management, network monitoring, and helpdesk/ticket management software. Usually, to get a complete software package for Windows with all the features mentioned above, you would have to buy something like Microsoft’s System Management Server or SMS, which is costly and mostly only used by large corporations. كما ان وجود المهنيه ، وانا دائما على مراقبة حرة لادارة سطح المكتب ، وإدارة المخزون ، شبكة الرصد ، ومركز المساعدة / تذكرة ادارة البرمجيات. عادة ، للحصول على كامل مجموعة برمجيات للنوافذ مع جميع السمات المذكورة اعلاه ، عملتم لشراء شيئا مثل ميكروسوفت او خادم ادارة نظام الرسائل القصيره ، وهذا امر مكلف ومعظمهم ألا تستخدمها الشركات الكبيرة.
If you’re a small or medium-sized business, open-source or cheaper third-party software is usually the solution. اذا كنت صغير او متوسط الحجم ، والمفتوحه المصدر أرخص أو طرف ثالث البرمجيات عادة ما يكون الحل. However, I just ran across a piece of software called ومع ذلك ، أود فقط أن تدير عبر قطعة من البرمجيات دعا Spiceworks IT Desktop Spiceworks انها سطح المكتب that looks too good to be true! ان تبدو جيدة جدا لتكون صحيحة! Ohhhhh I don’t think I would be able to work at Microsoft after reading the questions they ask during the interview!! Ohhhhh ولا اعتقد انني سوف تكون قادرة على العمل في مايكروسوفت بعد قراءة الاسءله ويطلبون من خلال المقابلة! ! Well some of them are not too bad, but I hate those riddle type questions! بالاضافة الى بعض منهم لا بأس بها ، ولكن انا اكره تلك لغز نوع الاسءله! I can never solve a riddle (ahem, no comment on that please)!! انا لا يمكن أبدا أن تحل لغز (مهم ، لا تعليق على هذا الرجاء)! !
Anyway, if you want to put yourself to the test, than you can check out some of the questions على اي حال ، اذا اردت ان تضع نفسك على المحك ، مما يمكنك مراجعة بعض الاسءله here هنا . I’m not sure how legit these questions are, but by browsing through them it seems that these were not just made up by some random person. لست متأكدا كيف شرعي لهذه الاسءله ، ولكن عن طريق التصفح من خلالهم ويبدو ان هذه ليست مجرد الذي يتكون من بعض عشوائي الشخص.

I wrote a post about انني كتبت عن وظيفة PayScale.com Payscale.com a while back, but I really didn’t go into much detail about it. حين يعود ، ولكني في الحقيقة لم ندخل في الكثير من التفاصيل حول هذا الموضوع. It’s different from Salary.com in that Salary.com gives you a report of a salary based on what information it can get from corporations. انها تختلف عن salary.com salary.com في ان يمنحك تقريرا من الراتب على اساس ما هي المعلومات التي يمكنها ان تحصل عليها من الشركات. PayScale.com takes it the other way around: you give your current position and salary and that gives you access to pay information that others have posted in the same way. Payscale.com انه يأخذ العكس : إنك تعطي الموقف الحالي الخاص بك والمرتبات وان يمنحك امكانيه الوصول الى المعلومات ان يدفع الآخرون الموجودون في نفس الطريق.

I just found a very cool tool released by Microsoft this week called the Change Analysis Diagonstic tool, which track changes made to specific parts of the operating system. أنا فقط وجدت رائع جدا اداة صادر عن شركة مايكروسوفت هذا الاسبوع دعا التغيير diagonstic اداة التحليل ، والتي تتبع التغييرات التي ادخلت على اجزاء محددة من نظام التشغيل. The tool is for support professionals who want to know what changes were made to a system before it started having problems, so that they can narrow down what things to troubleshoot. هذه الاداه لدعم المهنيين الذين يريدون أن يعرفوا ما هي التغييرات التي أدخلت على نظام معروضا بدأت تواجه مشكلات ، حتى يتمكنوا من تضييق الامور الى ما يحل المشكلة.
Nowadays, users are able to install programs, change browser settings, fool with the OS configuration, etc that it makes it very difficult to troubleshoot a task sometimes. وفي الوقت الحاضر ، مستخدمين قادرون على تركيب البرامج ، وتغيير اعدادات المتصفح ، غبي مع نظام التشغيل والتكوين ، وما الى انه يجعل من الصعب جدا يحل المشكلة مهمة أحيانا. Unless of course you have all your computers locked down, but then they’ll complain they can’t get any work done! وبطبيعة الحال ، ما لم يتوفر لديك كل اجهزة الكمبيوتر مقفل اسفل ، ولكن بعد ذلك انها سوف يشكون انهم لا يستطيعون الحصول على أي عمل!

Over the past few years as a Systems Admin, I’ve had to write a good number of scripts to manage desktops, security, and data backup. على مدى السنوات القليلة الماضية نتيجة لنظم الادارة ، وقد قمت لكتابة عدد لا بأس به من مخطوطات لإدارة أجهزة كمبيوتر ، والأمن ، والتخزين الاحتياطي للبيانات. Here are a couple of short scripts that I’ve used in my environment! هنا اثنين من الكتابات القصيره التي قمت المستخدمة في بلادي البيئة!
How to create a shortcut on the desktop - Using this script, you can get a reference to the destop using the special folders function, so you don’t have to worry about the exact path for each user. كيف تصنع الاختصار على سطح المكتب - باستخدام هذا البرنامج النصي ، يمكنك ان تحصل إشارة إلى destop المجلدات الخاصة باستخدام وظيفة ، لذا لا داعي للقلق حول المسار المحدد لكل مستخدم. Then just point to a URL or in my case, an internal web server. ثم عادل تشير الى موقع او في حالتي ، داخلي ملقم الويب.

As a Systems Administrator for a small company for several years, here are a few things I learned the hard way when it comes to managing IT operations, which I condensed down into the SHOULD and SHOULD NOT ! باعتباره مدير نظم لشركة صغيرة لعدة سنوات ، وإليك بعض الاشياء تعلمت بالطريقة الصعبة عندما يتعلق الامر باداره عمليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، والتي اشرت الى اسفل مكثف ينبغي وينبغي الا!
As a Systems Administrator you… باعتباره مدير نظم لكم...
1. (1). SHOULD NOT update ANYTHING on production servers unless you have tested it in a virtual environment first. لا ينبغي استكمال اي شيء على انتاج ما لم يكن لديك خدمة اختبار انها في بيئة افتراضيه الاولى. This goes for the obvious patches, service packs, and drivers, but also for any software applications. وهذا ينطبق على الرقع الواضحة ، خدمة الرزم ، والسائقين ، ولكن ايضا لأية تطبيقات البرمجيات. If you can’t test it, then you should not install it. اذا كنت لا تستطيع ان الاختبار ، فهذا يعني أنك لا ينبغي تركيب عليه. If it is a critical security patch and you are not able to test it in a virtual or lab environment , then you should be absolutely certain you have all the backups needed to fully recover the server in case of a system failure. اذا كانت حرجة الامن التصحيح وأنت لست قادرا على اختباره في بيئة افتراضيه او المعمل ، فانك ينبغي ان تكون مطلقة معينة لديك جميع المساعدون حاجة الى الاسترداد الكامل الخادم في حالة وجود نظام الفشل.
