Os lotes dos povos com blogs querem ter lotes e lotes dos visitantes (como mim), mas não podem parecer começar bastantes! Outros, entretanto, começam os visitantes que desejam que nunca! Um blog é uma maneira grande escrever sobre suas faixas favoritas ou suas crianças e aquelas sortes das coisas….mas é também uma maneira grande bash seu trabalho crappy ou fazer demasiado o divertimento de seu último girlfriend! E isso é o lugar aonde os um ou dois leitores que puderam realmente ler seu blog o começarão parafusado!

Eu vim apenas através de uma apresentação realmente fresca para os povos que trabalham em estações de trabalho do dekstop (eu!) que explica os povos ergonomic comuns dos erros faça, permita que você avalie seu próprio ergonomics da postura e do escritório, e forneça guidelines nas mais melhores maneiras setup sua própria estação de trabalho no escritório a fim reduzir a tensão, a dor traseira, etc.
apresentação, de Kearney-Abrams, é quebrado acima em três porções principais:
1. Ferramentas de Selft Assesement - conversas sobre como seus pulsos são posicionados, o que está tocando em sua cadeira, onde estão seus pés, etc.

Thought you would never hear that one eh!?! Well, my wife and her mother are from India and thankfully for me they both were taught Yoga by a 100 year old guru (means teacher) who has been doing Yoga for 80 YEARS!!! And the man can still bend and move like he’s in his thirties!! Ridiculous! Anyway, I’ll probably be dead by 60, but I’ll try and pass one some of my knowledge to other who might actually follow the advice!
