Veel mensen met blogs willen veel en partijen bezoekers (als me) hebben, maar kunnen niet schijnen om genoeg te krijgen! Anderen, echter, krijgen bezoekers die zij wensen zij nooit! Een blog is een grote manier om over uw favoriete banden of uw kinderen te schrijven en die soorten dingen….maar het is ook een grote manier aan bash uw waardeloze baan of maakt pret ook van uw laatste meisje! En dat is waar de één of twee lezers die uw blog eigenlijk zouden kunnen lezen u geschroeft zullen krijgen!

Ik kwam enkel over een werkelijk koele presentatie voor mensen die bij dekstopwerkstations (ik!) werken dat verklaart de gemeenschappelijke ergonomische foutenmensen, u maken toestaan om uw eigen houding en bureauergonomie te beoordelen, en verstrekt richtlijnen op de beste manieren aan opstelling uw eigen werkstation op het kantoor om spanning, rugpijn, enz. te verminderen.

1. De Hulpmiddelen van Assesement van Selft - de Besprekingen over hoe uw polsen worden geplaatst, wat uw stoel, waar uw voeten zijn, enz. raakt.

Thought you would never hear that one eh!?! Well, my wife and her mother are from India and thankfully for me they both were taught Yoga by a 100 year old guru (means teacher) who has been doing Yoga for 80 YEARS!!! And the man can still bend and move like he’s in his thirties!! Ridiculous! Anyway, I’ll probably be dead by 60, but I’ll try and pass one some of my knowledge to other who might actually follow the advice!
