I lotti della gente con i blogs desiderano avere i lotti e lotti degli ospiti (come me), ma non possono sembrare ottenere abbastanza! Altri, tuttavia, ottengono gli ospiti che desiderano che non mai! Un blog è un senso grande scrivere circa le vostre fasce favorite o i vostri bambini e quelle specie delle cose….ma è inoltre un senso grande colpire il vostro lavoro crappy o fare il divertimento del vostro ultimo girlfriend anche! E quello è dove l'uno o due lettore che potrebbero realmente leggere il vostro blog li otterrà avvitati!

Ho trovato appena una presentazione realmente fredda per la gente che lavora alle stazioni di lavoro del dekstop (!) che spiega la gente ergonomica comune di errori faccia, che permette che valutiate la vostra propria ergonomia dell'ufficio e di posizione e che fornisce la guida di riferimento sui sensi migliori installare la vostra propria stazione di lavoro all'ufficio per ridurre lo sforzo, il dolore alla schiena, ecc.
presentazione, da Kearney-Abrams, proviene rotto in su in tre parti principali:
1. Attrezzi di Selft Assesement - parla di come i vostri polsi sono posizionati, che cosa sta toccando la vostra sedia, in cui sono i vostri piedi, ecc.

Thought you would never hear that one eh!?! Well, my wife and her mother are from India and thankfully for me they both were taught Yoga by a 100 year old guru (means teacher) who has been doing Yoga for 80 YEARS!!! And the man can still bend and move like he’s in his thirties!! Ridiculous! Anyway, I’ll probably be dead by 60, but I’ll try and pass one some of my knowledge to other who might actually follow the advice!
