Cómo a Blog usted no consigue anónimo tan encendido

¡Las porciones de gente con los blogs desean tener porciones y porciones de visitantes (como mí), pero no pueden parecerse conseguir bastantes! ¡Otros, sin embargo, consiguen a visitantes a que desean que nunca lo hicieron! Un blog es una gran manera de escribir sobre sus vendas preferidas o sus niños y esas clases de cosas….¡pero es también una gran manera golpear su trabajo crappy o reírse de su novia pasada también! ¡Y aquí es adonde los uno o dos lectores que pudieron leer realmente su blog le conseguirán atornillado!

Acabo de parecer una presentación realmente fresca para la gente que trabaja en los sitios de trabajo del dekstop (!) que explica a gente ergonómica común de los errores haga, permite que usted determine su propia ergonómica de la postura y de la oficina, y proporciona pautas en las mejores maneras de setup su propio sitio de trabajo en la oficina para reducir la tensión, el dolor de espalda, el etc.
presentación, de Kearney-Abrams, es quebrado para arriba en tres porciones principales:
1. Las herramientas de Selft Assesement - habla de cómo se colocan sus muñecas, qué está tocando su silla, donde están sus pies, etc.

Thought you would never hear that one eh!?! Well, my wife and her mother are from India and thankfully for me they both were taught Yoga by a 100 year old guru (means teacher) who has been doing Yoga for 80 YEARS!!! And the man can still bend and move like he’s in his thirties!! Ridiculous! Anyway, I’ll probably be dead by 60, but I’ll try and pass one some of my knowledge to other who might actually follow the advice!
