Volgens ZDNet, Zal Yahoo onbeperkte opslag aanbieden want het e-maildienst die in Mei begint is! Dit zal tot Yahoo het eerste bedrijf maken om onbeperkte opslag, maar definetely niet laatste te verstrekken! Ik ben zeker Google niet gaat dit licht nemen en aan annouce iets zal proberen die Yahoo uit het water zal blazen.
Tot hiertoe, bood Yahoo de minste hoeveelheid ruimte, slechts 1GB aan, terwijl Microsoft en Google 2 en 2.5GB, respectievelijk bedroegen. Zelfs met dat hoewel, zij nog aantal één e-mailleverancier in de wereld met 250 miljoen abonnees zijn.

Google gaat een nieuw model uitproberen voor geroepen reclame „Kosten per Actie„, wat zal laden advertiser slechts wanneer een bepaalde actie door de klant, zoals het ondertekenen omhoog voor een bulletin of het downloaden van een stuk van software is voltooid.

Laat de oorlogen Widget beginnen! Nu kunt u van Microsoft Widgets, Google Widgets en Yahoo Widgets kiezen!!! Welke allen het zelfde ding!! doen! Maar ik moet zeggen dat Yahoo widgets veel beter kijkt dan Google Widgets en schijnt om een klein beetje sneller in werking te stellen. Nochtans, als u Uitzicht gebruikt, dan zijn Yahoo widgets en de Vensters widgets vrij dicht.
Yahoo widget heeft ook meer opties zodat u kleuren, transparantie, enz. kunt veranderen, terwijl ik zeer vele keuzen in gadgets niet Google vond.

Well, Microsoft’s already working on the next version of Windows and it’s apparently being called Windows Seven internally within Microsoft. Thanks to some crazy employee in Denmark who keeps posting PowerPoint presentations on new things they are working on, it’s been learned that the next version will hopefully be out in 2009 and it’s focusing on improving the operating system in 4 major areas: search, mobility, security, and ease of use.

I had to report on this because I’ve been using Foxpro for the last 3 years and find it to be a great product for a small IT shop. I love the fact that you can develop an application quickly, connect to the database with ease, deploy the application within a few minutes, and have many users connect at the same time without any issues. The learning curve was very small and the program had become very robust with transaction handling, custom report generation, and a host of other features.

According to a good number of recent posts, people are starting to get really mad because all of their email is being deleted by the OneCare product! According to reports, if OneCare detects an email with malware in the attachment, it quarantines the entire Outlook PST file! And on top of that, for a lot of people it has deleted their the file from quarantine also! So if you’re using Windows Live OneCare and this has not happened to you yet, TURN IT OFF and wait for the patch!!
