Goodness, I just spent the last 3 hours fixing all of my previous posts so that I would be using labels correctly! I realized later on that the whole point of the labels is to organize your posts into some kind of folder type hiearchy. Don’t think of them as “keywords” to your post or anything like that, Google already indexes everything on your page, so you don’t need to use the labels as a keyword tool.
